As two of the only Black students in their MBA program, Genell & Rosa quickly realized they had similar values and goals.

Genell Hennings, MBA, PHR has a background in social work, human resources, and education. She has worked tirelessly in both the public and private sectors where she has championed diversity, equity, and inclusion. She has completed multiple trainings in leadership and diversity including the USF Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate.

Rosa Crumpton, BSN, MBA, RN has a background in research and healthcare. She has worked extensively with the military and Veteran community. She is active in several diversity workgroups and is a health equity champion. She is currently training to be a Nurse Practioner.
